The area was calm, staff were nice. Access to the area was easy and no traffic. Early check-in was accommodated and upgraded to a suite without extra charges. Close to shopping and sightseeing. Clean restaurant and kind restaurant staff. Receptionist resolved AC issue and offered another room. Staff were accommodating and offered welcome drinks. Perfect for short family stays.

A kitchen was included. They actually had free Wi Fi:)))

The staff are very help and informative. They can give some advices when I have any questions during the trip. The location is excellent, closing to supermarket and Metro. You can save a lots and have a different travelling experience. The hotel is also clean and tidy.

If you would like to book the dinner/ lunch in the 7 stars hotel. Pls do it by yourself, and do not ask hotel to reserve it for you as it would be costly.

Good parking space and location was good.

The water pressure was very low. Need to improve on the water pressure so to enjoy good shower. If I'm not mistaken, booked for non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. Didn't want to make a hassle as by the time we arrived after our outing it was too late and check out time was the next day. Appreciate if customer request is adhered too.

The one-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Beds and couch were comfortable. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good location near Spinneys and Burjuman Mall. Adequately equipped kitchen. Washing machine was really useful. Complimentary airport shuttle.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms that come with all the necessary facilities. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect, being close to both a shopping mall and a variety of restaurants. The breakfast, although limited, provides enough options to satisfy most guests.

The only downside I noticed was that some of the furniture, especially the carpets and sofas, seemed a bit old. However, this did not significantly affect the overall experience.

The best part of the hotel is the apartment rooms are so clean and well mantained ,the staff are very friendly and helpful the food is reasonably priced and good The Health club is clean and a great place to refresh.

the hotel is located in the heart of Bur-Dubai,very convenent for Business or family trips, the hotel is just walking distance to shopping center such as burjuman as well as supermarkets like spinney"s and a 15 min drive to Downtown (the Dubai mall )

During my stay at Xclusive Casa Hotel, I was impressed with the comfortable beds and the well-furnished apartment. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic, providing a cool and pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen was spacious and became my favorite place in the apartment, allowing me to prepare meals easily.

My friends and I stayed on this hotel for my R&R and I'm glad that it's very near Spinneys and Burjuman. Not so hard to find the place.

My stay is not bad, however, I did not enjoy the rudeness of the staff there. I invited some of my friends over, and I was told that it was unfair for us to invite people. I asked what's unfair and the staff couldn't answer me back. When you cook, their exhaust won't work. Rooms are not sound-proof. I'm never staying on this hotel again

They are really specialized in how to make the guest happy...everything was clean ,the staff were very very polite and helpful.i like that hotel and defiantly i will live there again also i will recommend the hotel to my friends and colleagues.

The hotel advertised two key location facts, one was the onsite parking, and the other being the helpful staff. We found both these points to be accurate. The staff was always willing to assist us, we had no issues parking our car, and they even provided us with recommendations on local restaurants. we enjoyed the free shuttle service to and from the airport, making our stay much smoother.

The hotel lacked other essential amenities that we had hoped would be provided. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the room had a strange smell that never went away.

This hotel is not bad, mooning staf good, but night staf not much good. Resturant good sarvice . Other all good, night bell boy & night sarvice not much good. Special mooning bell boy , ARUN (bell boy) nice man for the hotel. Thanks.
